03 / When Six & Flow is the better choice

The cases where you should just hire them.

If one of these describes you, stop reading and go book their call instead.

01

You are UK or EMEA headquartered and want a top-tier partner in your timezone and regulatory context: GDPR, data residency, multi-language portals.

02

You want the Elite badge with a UK address. They were the first UK partner outside London to earn it.

03

You want an established multi-office firm with a thousand projects behind it.

04 / Where the models split

Two different products.

The main reason to pick a big partner is the badge. Being listed and recommended by HubSpot is a trust signal that carries weight, and if your board or your procurement needs that name, it settles the question.

The model has a math problem as it grows, though. The work lands on junior reps carrying too many accounts to learn any one business deeply, and the people who get good enough to really own an account tend to leave, to go in-house or to start their own fractional offering. You get a new rep and start over.

None of this is secondhand. In past in-house roles Kevin hired agencies like this himself, to extend capacity while he filled the junior seats. That is the job they are built for, and it works.

A fractional operator is the opposite trade. There is no badge, and the trust signal is public anyway: the LinkedIn profile, the companies on it, the fifteen years of doing the job. What you get back is attention, and the same person on every call.

Their bench is deep inside HubSpot, and partner economics reward growing the HubSpot footprint. That is a different seat at the table than being paid only for the ops work.

06 / The decision

Which side of the line are you on?

Choose Six & Flow if…

  • You are UK or EMEA headquartered and want a top-tier partner in your timezone and regulatory context: GDPR, data residency, multi-language portals.
  • You want the Elite badge with a UK address. They were the first UK partner outside London to earn it.
  • You want an established multi-office firm with a thousand projects behind it.

Choose Revductive if…

  • You want the ops function inside whatever you run, bought separately from any software relationship.
  • You want direct, continuous access to the senior person doing the work. Revductive has UK clients, and the work is remote either way.
  • You want to start small with a $1,200 audit rather than an agency onboarding.

Still deciding? Start with the audit.

Two weeks, every process from lead to retained customer read and scored, and a 6-month plan that’s yours either way, whoever you hire to run it.

Not ready for a monthly engagement

Start with the two-week audit instead.

A read on every process from lead-to-customer retention, and a 6 month plan for what to fix first. The full $1,200 comes off month one if you continue.

08 / FAQ

Questions people ask at this point

Is Revductive a HubSpot partner?

No. Kevin prefers HubSpot, and most client work happens inside it. There is just no partner commission attached. If what fits your team is the stack you already have, minus a tool or two, that is the recommendation you get, and nobody gets paid extra when you buy software.

Who actually does the work if I switch?

There’s a team of subject matter experts behind the work, so you’re not capped by one person’s hours. What doesn’t happen is a handoff. Kevin owns your account from start to finish. You’re not going to build a relationship on the sales call and then get passed to somebody else to manage it.

Is there a smaller way to start than a monthly retainer?

The two-week audit. It’s $1,200, and if you continue it’s credited in full against month one. If you don’t, you keep the scorecard, the tool recommendations, and the 6-month plan, and your team can run it themselves, or hand it to Six & Flow to run.
