Fifteen years of scaling B2B companies
Kevin has been part of the scaling story at several companies, from the first handful of customers through to serious revenue. Most recently as the first operations hire at Pearl, a dental AI company, where five years took it from early days to a couple of hundred people. First ops hire means supporting sales, marketing, and customer success at the same time, usually before any of them have a process. It also meant implementing AI tools inside an AI company, before most people had heard of any of this.
How Revductive actually operates
Strategy and planning come from Kevin, working from context gathered deep inside your business. AI does 100% of the implementation against that plan. A team of subject matter experts then builds on that output and improves it. AI alone gives you volume without judgment, people alone give you judgment at a crawl, and the two together beat either one on its own.
Nobody has ten years of AI expertise. The tools have changed too many times. What helps is using this daily on real client work, and having spent 15 years doing the unglamorous version of the same job before the acronym showed up.
How we work
Deliver results, not slide decks
Every engagement ends with something running, documented, and owned by your team.
Subtract before you add
The first recommendation is usually to cancel or consolidate something, not to buy something new.
Plan for the handover
When you’re ready for a full-time hire, they should be able to pick it up in a week.
