How we operate
Strategy from us. Implementation by AI. Made better by our team.
Most people use AI to ask questions. The leverage is in handing it the work. This is how that actually runs on a client build, and who is responsible for which part.

Context and strategy
Kevin embedded in your business, writing a plan tied to your goals.
- AI02
100% of implementation
Not drafting or suggesting. Building, against the plan, at a speed people can’t match.
- Our team03
Made better by experts
Subject matter experts sharpen the output. The second half of the build, not a sign-off.
AI alone gets you volume without judgment. People alone get you judgment at a crawl.
Together they beat either one on its own.

Nothing writes unsupervised
There’s a write-plan layer between the model and your CRM. Read access, ask it anything. Writes go through review. These systems were never built expecting an AI to be the one writing to them.
You keep everything
Everything built gets handed to the people who use it, with the training to change it. Documentation and handover are part of the build, not a favor at the end.
Where this came from
Implementing AI inside an AI company. Kevin was the first ops hire at Pearl, a dental AI product, well before the wider explosion.
The longer version
First, we get embedded
Kevin goes deep inside your business before anything gets built. How you actually make money, what the team is trying to hit this quarter, where the work piles up, which of your constraints are real and which are just habit. Most vendors skip this because it doesn’t bill well.
Then we write the plan
Specific to your goals, not a generic playbook with your logo on it. This is where 15 years of doing the job by hand earns its keep, because knowing what to build is still the hard part.
AI does the implementation
Most people use AI to ask questions, get an answer, and go back to doing the work by hand. That’s an advisor, and it’s maybe five percent of what’s available to you. The leverage is in handing it the work.
Then our team makes it better
Experts check the output against the plan, sharpen the parts that are technically correct but wrong for your team, and make sure it will still make sense in six months.
One more thing worth saying plainly: nobody has ten years of AI expertise. The tools have changed too many times in too short a period for that to be true of anyone. What helps is using this daily on real client work.
