What New Breed sells.
New Breed is one of HubSpot's top solutions partners: the only Elite partner to earn all eight HubSpot accreditations, and a three-time North America Partner of the Year. They were one of the first agencies in the program, have 500+ HubSpot implementations behind them, and sell a full-funnel program covering demand generation, web, RevOps, and HubSpot administration.

03 / When New Breed is the better choice
The cases where you should just hire them.
If one of these describes you, stop reading and go book their call instead.
You want marketing execution and ops from a single vendor: demand gen, content, paid, and website, in one contract.
You are Series B or later with the budget for a full-funnel retainer and a team on your side to consume that output.
You want a name at the top of the HubSpot partner directory that your board will recognize.
04 / Where the models split
Two different products.
The main reason to pick a big partner is the badge. Being listed and recommended by HubSpot is a trust signal that carries weight, and if your board or your procurement needs that name, it settles the question.
The model has a math problem as it grows, though. The work lands on junior reps carrying too many accounts to learn any one business deeply, and the people who get good enough to really own an account tend to leave, to go in-house or to start their own fractional offering. You get a new rep and start over.
None of this is secondhand. In past in-house roles Kevin hired agencies like this himself, to extend capacity while he filled the junior seats. That is the job they are built for, and it works.
A fractional operator is the opposite trade. There is no badge, and the trust signal is public anyway: the LinkedIn profile, the companies on it, the fifteen years of doing the job. What you get back is attention, and the same person on every call.
The bundle is the product. If you only need the ops layer fixed, a full-funnel retainer prices in departments you are not using.
Marketing and ops in one contract means one vendor grading its own homework. The reporting on how the campaigns perform is built by the people running the campaigns.
05 / Side by side
New Breed vs Revductive.
| Comparison point | New Breed | Revductive |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Full-funnel HubSpot agency: demand gen + web + RevOps in one contract | Fractional RevOps + AI implementation, run by one senior operator with a team of subject matter experts behind him |
| Platform alignment | HubSpot (Elite; 3x North America Partner of the Year) | Stack-agnostic. Most client work happens in HubSpot, and no partner commission sits behind the recommendation |
| Who does the work | 500+ HubSpot implementations; full marketing, web, and ops departments | Kevin owns the account start to finish. There is no handoff after the sales call |
| Typical client | Series B-D B2B SaaS, roughly $10M-$100M ARR | B2B SaaS under ~$50M ARR, around the founder-led-to-sales-team transition. Agencies too |
| Pricing | Not published. Custom quotes; third-party directories list project work starting around $5,000 | Published: $2,500-$20k/mo by tier, and most fractional engagements land at the $10k end. $1,200 two-week audit, credited to month one |
| When it ends | Varies by engagement | Handover is part of the build. A full-time hire should pick it up in a week |

06 / The decision
Which side of the line are you on?
Choose New Breed if…
- You want marketing execution and ops from a single vendor: demand gen, content, paid, and website, in one contract.
- You are Series B or later with the budget for a full-funnel retainer and a team on your side to consume that output.
- You want a name at the top of the HubSpot partner directory that your board will recognize.
Choose Revductive if…
- You need the revenue system fixed, not a marketing program. Revductive doesn't sell demand gen, so there is nothing to upsell you into.
- You are earlier than their sweet spot: pre-Series B, under about $50M ARR, still building the machine those retainers assume.
- You want to start at $1,200 with the audit and decide from the plan it produces, not sign a five-figure monthly to find out.
Still deciding? Start with the audit.
Two weeks, every process from lead to retained customer read and scored, and a 6-month plan that’s yours either way, whoever you hire to run it.
Not ready for a monthly engagement
Start with the two-week audit instead.
A read on every process from lead-to-customer retention, and a 6 month plan for what to fix first. The full $1,200 comes off month one if you continue.

08 / FAQ
Questions people ask at this point
Is Revductive a HubSpot partner?
No. Kevin prefers HubSpot, and most client work happens inside it. There is just no partner commission attached. If what fits your team is the stack you already have, minus a tool or two, that is the recommendation you get, and nobody gets paid extra when you buy software.
Who actually does the work if I switch?
There’s a team of subject matter experts behind the work, so you’re not capped by one person’s hours. What doesn’t happen is a handoff. Kevin owns your account from start to finish. You’re not going to build a relationship on the sales call and then get passed to somebody else to manage it.
Is there a smaller way to start than a monthly retainer?
The two-week audit. It’s $1,200, and if you continue it’s credited in full against month one. If you don’t, you keep the scorecard, the tool recommendations, and the 6-month plan, and your team can run it themselves, or hand it to New Breed to run.
