03 / When RevOps Automated is the better choice
The cases where you should just hire them.
If one of these describes you, stop reading and go book their call instead.
Your core problem is literally the HubSpot-Salesforce integration: field mappings, sync conflicts, duplicated records across two systems of record. That is their named specialty.
You want a HubSpot-recommended partner with an Impact Award and a 4.9 on G2 behind it.
04 / Where the models split
Two different products.
What follows comes from how each business is built, not from anyone’s quality of work.
An integration specialist gets hired to make two systems talk. Whether the lifecycle definitions and ownership rules underneath make sense is a different engagement, and it is usually the one that needs to come first.
Automation applied to an unexamined process makes the process faster, not better. Diagnose, subtract, then automate.
05 / Side by side
RevOps Automated vs Revductive.
| Comparison point | RevOps Automated | Revductive |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | HubSpot Diamond partner focused on HubSpot-Salesforce integration | Fractional RevOps + AI implementation, run by one senior operator with a team of subject matter experts behind him |
| Platform alignment | HubSpot (Diamond) + Salesforce integration partner | Stack-agnostic. Most client work happens in HubSpot, and no partner commission sits behind the recommendation |
| Who does the work | Specialist agency; HubSpot Impact Award winner | Kevin owns the account start to finish. There is no handoff after the sales call |
| Typical client | Companies running HubSpot and Salesforce together and needing the two to sync properly | B2B SaaS under ~$50M ARR, around the founder-led-to-sales-team transition. Agencies too |
| Pricing | Not published | Published: $2,500-$20k/mo by tier, and most fractional engagements land at the $10k end. $1,200 two-week audit, credited to month one |
| When it ends | Varies by engagement | Handover is part of the build. A full-time hire should pick it up in a week |

06 / The decision
Which side of the line are you on?
Choose RevOps Automated if…
- Your core problem is literally the HubSpot-Salesforce integration: field mappings, sync conflicts, duplicated records across two systems of record. That is their named specialty.
- You want a HubSpot-recommended partner with an Impact Award and a 4.9 on G2 behind it.
Choose Revductive if…
- You suspect the problem is upstream of the integration: lifecycle definitions, ownership rules, and process. No field mapping fixes those.
- You want the process fixed before more sync automation gets built on top of it.
- You want senior generalist ops leadership rather than an integration project.
Still deciding? Start with the audit.
Two weeks, every process from lead to retained customer read and scored, and a 6-month plan that’s yours either way, whoever you hire to run it.
Not ready for a monthly engagement
Start with the two-week audit instead.
A read on every process from lead-to-customer retention, and a 6 month plan for what to fix first. The full $1,200 comes off month one if you continue.

08 / FAQ
Questions people ask at this point
Is Revductive a HubSpot partner?
No. Kevin prefers HubSpot, and most client work happens inside it. There is just no partner commission attached. If what fits your team is the stack you already have, minus a tool or two, that is the recommendation you get, and nobody gets paid extra when you buy software.
Who actually does the work if I switch?
There’s a team of subject matter experts behind the work, so you’re not capped by one person’s hours. What doesn’t happen is a handoff. Kevin owns your account from start to finish. You’re not going to build a relationship on the sales call and then get passed to somebody else to manage it.
Is there a smaller way to start than a monthly retainer?
The two-week audit. It’s $1,200, and if you continue it’s credited in full against month one. If you don’t, you keep the scorecard, the tool recommendations, and the 6-month plan, and your team can run it themselves, or hand it to RevOps Automated to run.
