02 / What Lift Enablement is

What Lift Enablement sells.

Lift Enablement, led by Doug Davidoff, sells RevOps strategy, CRM implementation, and execution to mid-market companies. Their stated focus is 200 to 5,000 employees with 50-500 people in go-to-market, and they were offering outsourced revenue operations as early as 2018, before most of the category existed.

03 / When Lift Enablement is the better choice

The cases where you should just hire them.

If one of these describes you, stop reading and go book their call instead.

01

You are mid-market with hundreds of people in go-to-market, which is their stated design center and well above Revductive's.

02

You want a firm with twenty years of sales-process history and a strong strategic point of view. Davidoff's writing is worth reading either way.

03

You want structural, top-down GTM redesign led by a veteran strategist.

04 / Where the models split

Two different products.

What follows comes from how each business is built, not from anyone’s quality of work.

Their stated floor of 200 employees starts above where most of Revductive's clients live. Fit is mostly a question of which side of that line you are on.

Strategy-led boutiques concentrate their edge in diagnosis and design. The hands-on build capacity underneath varies by engagement.

05 / Side by side

06 / The decision

Which side of the line are you on?

Choose Lift Enablement if…

  • You are mid-market with hundreds of people in go-to-market, which is their stated design center and well above Revductive's.
  • You want a firm with twenty years of sales-process history and a strong strategic point of view. Davidoff's writing is worth reading either way.
  • You want structural, top-down GTM redesign led by a veteran strategist.

Choose Revductive if…

  • You are under 200 employees. Their model targets companies bigger than yours, and Revductive's targets exactly yours.
  • You want AI implementation coupled to the ops work.
  • You want the build done inside the same retainer as the thinking: workflows shipped, reporting live.

Still deciding? Start with the audit.

Two weeks, every process from lead to retained customer read and scored, and a 6-month plan that’s yours either way, whoever you hire to run it.

Not ready for a monthly engagement

Start with the two-week audit instead.

A read on every process from lead-to-customer retention, and a 6 month plan for what to fix first. The full $1,200 comes off month one if you continue.

08 / FAQ

Questions people ask at this point

Is Revductive a HubSpot partner?

No. Kevin prefers HubSpot, and most client work happens inside it. There is just no partner commission attached. If what fits your team is the stack you already have, minus a tool or two, that is the recommendation you get, and nobody gets paid extra when you buy software.

Who actually does the work if I switch?

There’s a team of subject matter experts behind the work, so you’re not capped by one person’s hours. What doesn’t happen is a handoff. Kevin owns your account from start to finish. You’re not going to build a relationship on the sales call and then get passed to somebody else to manage it.

Is there a smaller way to start than a monthly retainer?

The two-week audit. It’s $1,200, and if you continue it’s credited in full against month one. If you don’t, you keep the scorecard, the tool recommendations, and the 6-month plan, and your team can run it themselves, or hand it to Lift Enablement to run.
