What gets fixed / Lead routing

Every lead somewhere on purpose.

Routing that starts from a map of how leads actually arrive, not from a workflow template. Ownership decided first, automation second, reporting to prove it holds.

02 / The problem

Leads don’t leak loudly.

79% of marketing-generated leads never convert to sales1. Not because the leads suck, but because nobody owns what happens after they come in. A lead routed to the wrong owner doesn’t bounce. It sits there until the follow-up window closes.

“Lead routing is broken.”

“Leads route to the wrong place, or nowhere.”

“Deals stall with no movement.”

03 / What gets done

Map, decide, build, prove.

01

Map how leads actually arrive

Where they come in, where they go, and where they die. Most teams have never seen this written down, and it’s usually the first uncomfortable meeting. You can’t route what you haven’t mapped.

02

Decide ownership before automation

Routing logic encodes a decision about who owns what. If that decision was never made, no workflow can make it for you. Territories, round robin, and account continuity get agreed on paper first, then built.

03

Build it in whatever you run

Usually that means workflows in HubSpot or your CRM of record, built against the map, documented, and handed over so your team can change a rule without a support ticket.

04

Prove nothing falls through

Stages tied to a real date and a real action, and reporting that shows every lead’s path, so a lead can’t sit unowned for six weeks and still look fine in the forecast.

The map comes with the audit.

Where leads come in, where they go, and where they die, written down in two weeks, whichever way you route them afterwards.

Not ready for a monthly engagement

Start with the two-week audit instead.

A read on every process from lead-to-customer retention, and a 6 month plan for what to fix first. The full $1,200 comes off month one if you continue.

05 / FAQ

Questions that come up

Do you set up routing in HubSpot specifically?

Often, yes. A lot of the work lands in HubSpot. But the approach is stack-agnostic, and the map, the ownership decisions, and the follow-through reporting are the same work whether the workflows end up in HubSpot or something else.

We already have routing workflows. They just misfire.

Misfiring routing is almost never a workflow bug. It’s a decision that was never made, like two teams both “owning” a segment or nobody owning it, or data too thin for the rules to evaluate. That’s why the map comes before any workflow edits: fixing the logic on top of an unowned segment just automates the argument.

What does it cost?

The two-week audit is $1,200 flat and includes the lead-flow map: where they come in, where they go, and where they die. Building the routing happens inside the monthly tiers, published from $2,500/mo, and the audit is credited in full if you continue.
