Usually that means B2B SaaS under roughly $50M ARR, sales-led, somewhere between the founder closing everything and a scaling sales team. **AI implementation and enablement, for teams that don’t know where to start.** Stack-agnostic. It doesn’t matter what you run today. This is about how the team works, not which tool you bought. Any B2B team, any size, any industry. If people are doing repetitive work, there’s something here. **The numbers, without a discovery call.** RevOps from $2,500 a month across three tiers. AI engagements from $10,000 a month. Either audit is $1,200 flat for two weeks, credited in full against month one if you continue. **Is this a retainer, performance-based, or a hybrid?** Retainer. Coaching is for founders who still want to build it themselves and want direction so they’re not building something that blows up when an ops person finally takes it over. Coaching plus hands-on adds one or two pieces of the system built for you each month. Fractional is a head of ops plus a small team, and the scope there is pretty much unlimited. Coaching $2,500/mo. Coaching + hands-on $5,000/mo. Fractional partner $10–20k/mo. Most engagements sit at $10k; the top of the range is for engineering-heavy builds. **Budget is tight. Is there a smaller way to start?** The two-week audit. It’s $1,200, a lot cheaper than the monthly retainer, and if you continue with us it’s free, because we credit it to the first month. If you don’t continue you still keep the scorecard, the tool stack recommendations and the 6 month plan, and your team can run it themselves. Team interviews: One 30 to 45 minute chat with a key person within each function. **Who actually does the work?** There’s a team of subject matter experts behind the work, so you’re not capped by one person’s hours. What doesn’t happen is a handoff. I own your account from start to finish. You’re not going to build a relationship with me on the sales call and then get passed to somebody else to manage it. **Is this HubSpot-specific?** No. A lot of the work lands in HubSpot, but the approach is stack-agnostic. It doesn’t matter what you run today. The diagnosis, the merge discipline, and the prevention work are the same job in any CRM. **Is Revductive a HubSpot partner?** No. Kevin prefers HubSpot, and most client work happens inside it. There is just no partner commission attached. If what fits your team is the stack you already have, minus a tool or two, that is the recommendation you get, and nobody gets paid extra when you buy software. **Do you work with companies at our stage?** Usually B2B SaaS under about $50M ARR. The spot I love to jump into is within six months on either end of going from founder-led sales to hiring a sales team. I’d rather get involved earlier than that, but most of the time the call comes after a rep or a CS person has been added and things start falling apart. Once the machine runs and the daily load justifies it, somewhere around 30-50 people in go-to-market, hire in-house and let the fractional engagement wind down into coaching that hire. **Do you only work with Atlanta companies?** No. Clients are across the US, Canada, and the UK, and the work is remote either way. Being near Atlanta means Eastern-time working hours and a person you could actually meet, not a service boundary. **Plan for the handover** Typical length 3 to 12 months. Every engagement ends with something running, documented, and owned by your team. When you’re ready for a full-time hire, they should be able to pick it up in a week. **30 min discovery + your recommended tool stack** Start with a free 30-minute call to identify and fix your operational bottlenecks today. Source: https://revductive.com/ Summary: Leads slip through cracks, reporting is a mess, your team is buried in manual work. Revductive builds the systems, RevOps and AI, that tie it all together. RevOps & AI for B2B teams Leads slip through cracks, reporting is a mess, and growth feels stuck. You’re not missing tools. You’re missing the system that ties them together. [Book a 30-min call →](https://revductive.com/contact) [Talk to your own AI about us →](https://revductive.com/for-your-ai) Two paths Pick the problem you recognize /revops ### The revenue system is the problem. - “We inherited messy data” - “Deals stall with no movement” - “Leads route to the wrong place, or nowhere” - “I don’t trust a single number in the reporting” - “The sales team isn’t following a documented process” This usually starts when the founder stops being the only person selling. The process lives in your head, the third rep can’t find it, and the CRM turns into the place deals go to get stale. [Fix the revenue system →](https://revductive.com/revops) /ai ### The team is the bottleneck. - “Where do I even start with AI?” - “The team is drowning in manual work” - “Everyone uses AI differently, or not at all” - “Scattered tools nobody agreed on” - “Is it worth hiring someone for this?” You’re probably not behind. You just never got a baseline. One person is doing everything with AI, most of the team is doing nothing with it, and there’s no plan connecting the two. Doesn’t matter what you run today. [Get the team using it →](https://revductive.com/ai) Both paths end up in the same place: a go-to-market motion that runs on systems instead of on people remembering. Most engagements with Revductive start with one and end up touching both. ### In their words > Our biggest need wasn’t tools, it was the need of a *cohesive system*. Kevin mapped our entire journey from prospecting to first contact to closed deal, cleaned up our data, and put in place a pipeline framework and automations that give us real visibility and a *scalable growth engine* to build on. Santosh Patel CRO, Subscribili > Kevin and Revductive has been truly a life saver for our team! He helped us turn early-stage HubSpot chaos into real *operational clarity*. Published surveys put RevOps agency retainers at roughly **$3,000-$27,000 a month** 1, fractional RevOps at **$5,000-$15,000** 2, and AI consulting retainers with embedded weekly engagement at **$5,000-$15,000 and up** 3. Revductive’s tiers sit at or below those ranges on purpose: no agency overhead in the price, no account layer to fund, and no partner commissions steering the tool list. Cheaper is not the pitch, though. The pitch is that the price is public, the scope is the RevOps function rather than CRM admin hours, and the engagement is built to end, with a handover your first full-time hire can pick up in a week. [Every published RevOps price I could find, collected →](https://revductive.com/revops/setup-cost) 06 / FAQ ### Pricing questions, answered plainly What does a RevOps audit cost? At Revductive: $1,200, flat for two weeks, and it's credited in full against month one if you continue, so it's free if you carry on. Most firms don't publish an audit price at all; the ones that do typically fold it into a larger discovery engagement. Why is the AI minimum higher than the RevOps minimum? Because the smallest useful AI engagement is bigger. The RevOps coaching tier works because one founder can carry the system forward between sessions. AI enablement plus a context layer touches the whole team and the systems the AI reads from. There isn't a $2,500 version of that which does anything. Budget is tight. Is there a smaller way to start? The two-week audit. It's $1,200, a lot cheaper than the monthly retainer, and if you continue with us it's free, because we credit it to the first month. If you don't continue you still keep the scorecard, the tool stack recommendations and the 6 month plan, and your team can run it themselves. Why publish pricing when nobody else does? Because unpublished pricing is a sales tactic, and the buyer pays for it with a call they didn't need. Publishing the numbers costs some negotiating room and buys something better: the people who book a call already know what the engagement looks like, and the ones it doesn't fit never book. About Kevin Stout Based near Atlanta. Works with companies across the US, Canada, and the UK. ![Kevin Stout, founder of Revductive](https://revductive.com/_astro/kevin-stout.B6E7jw9T_Z2ltUwQ.webp) ### The short version 15+ **Years of Experience** 100+ **Brands The Team Has Worked With** Every stage **First Customer To Serious Scale, More Than Once** 3 **Countries Clients Operate In** Kevin has 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS operations and growth, including co-founding a healthcare SaaS product & has been the first ops or growth hire many times. Now he runs Revductive: fractional ops and growth for teams that need infrastructure but aren’t ready for a full-time hire. Based [near Atlanta](https://revductive.com/revops-consultant-atlanta). Works with companies across the US, Canada, and the UK. Execution is supported by a growing team of subject matter experts. The full track record is on [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevinbstout/). ### Fifteen years of scaling B2B companies Kevin has been part of the scaling story at several companies, from the first handful of customers through to serious revenue. Most recently as the first operations hire at Pearl, a dental AI company, where five years took it from early days to a couple of hundred people. First ops hire means supporting sales, marketing, and customer success at the same time, usually before any of them have a process. **It also meant implementing AI tools inside an AI company, before most people had heard of any of this.** ### How Revductive operates Strategy and planning come from Kevin, working from context gathered deep inside your business. AI does 100% of the implementation against that plan. A team of subject matter experts then builds on that output and improves it. **AI alone gives you volume without judgment, people alone give you judgment at a crawl, and the two together beat either one on its own.** Nobody has ten years of AI expertise. The tools have changed too many times. What helps is using this daily on real client work, and having spent 15 years doing the unglamorous version of the same job before the acronym showed up. ### How we work #### Deliver results, not slide decks Every engagement ends with something running, documented, and owned by your team. #### Subtract before you add The first recommendation is usually to cancel or consolidate something, not to buy something new. #### Plan for the handover When you’re ready for a full-time hire, they should be able to pick it up in a week. ### Thirty minutes is enough to know if this fits. [Book a 30-min call →](https://revductive.com/contact) --- ## Strategy from us. Implementation by AI. Made better by our team. Source: https://revductive.com/how-we-operate Summary: Strategy from us, implementation by AI, made better by our team. How a Revductive client build runs, and the two guardrails that never move. How we operate Most people use AI to ask questions. Hand it the work instead. This is how that runs on a client build, and who is responsible for which part. 1. Revductive 01 ### Context and strategy Kevin embedded in your business, writing a plan tied to your goals. 2. AI 02 ### 100% of implementation Not drafting or suggesting. Building, against the plan, at a speed people can’t match. 3. Our team 03 ### Made better by experts Subject matter experts sharpen the output. The second half of the build, not a sign-off. AI alone gets you volume without judgment. People alone get you judgment at a crawl. Together they beat either one on its own. Example deliverable: AI and humans together 15 **HubSpot workflows** 60+ **Properties configured** 1 **Pipeline fully automated** 1 day **One working session** ### Two guardrails, both non-negotiable. #### Nothing writes unsupervised There’s a write-plan layer between the model and your CRM. **Read access, ask it anything. Writes go through review.** These systems were never built expecting an AI to be the one writing to them. #### You keep everything Everything built gets handed to the people who use it, with the training to change it. **Documentation and handover are part of the build, not a favor at the end.** Where this came from Implementing AI inside an AI company. Kevin was the first ops hire at Pearl, a dental AI product, well before the wider explosion. The longer version ### First, we get embedded Kevin goes deep inside your business before anything gets built. How you actually make money, what the team is trying to hit this quarter, where the work piles up, **which of your constraints are real and which are just habit**. Most vendors skip this because it doesn’t bill well. ### Then we write the plan Specific to your goals, not a generic playbook with your logo on it. This is where 15 years of doing the job by hand earns its keep, because **knowing what to build is still the hard part**. ### AI does the implementation Most people use AI to ask questions, get an answer, and go back to doing the work by hand. That’s an advisor, and it’s maybe five percent of what’s available to you. **Hand it the work instead.** ### Then our team makes it better Experts check the output against the plan, sharpen the parts that are technically correct but wrong for your team, and make sure it will still make sense in six months. One more thing worth saying plainly: nobody has ten years of AI expertise. The tools have changed too many times in too short a period for that to be true of anyone. What helps is using this daily on real client work. ### Want this working in your team? [Book a 30-min call →](https://revductive.com/contact) --- ## Fractional RevOps for teams that outgrew the spreadsheet. Source: https://revductive.com/revops Summary: Fractional revenue operations for B2B SaaS that outgrew the spreadsheet. CRM and pipeline design, lead routing, and reporting you can trust. RevOps Fractional ops and growth for teams that need infrastructure but aren’t ready for a full-time hire. [Book a 30-min call →](https://revductive.com/contact) [Talk to your own AI about us →](https://revductive.com/for-your-ai) 02 / The problem ### In your words, not ours. You might have a CRM. Maybe some automation. But none of it talks to each other, and leads slip through the cracks. **79% of marketing-generated leads never convert to sales** 1. Not because the leads suck. Because nobody owns what happens after they come in. The handoff between marketing and sales is broken, nobody’s watching the middle of the funnel, and **companies bleed 15-35% of their revenue** 2 because of it. You’re not missing tools. You’re missing the system and processes that tie them together and drive results. “We inherited messy data.” “Lead routing is broken.” “I don’t trust our reporting.” “Deals stall with no movement.” “Duplicate records everywhere.” “Still doing manual data entry.” “The sales team isn’t following a documented process.” Verbatim from discovery calls 03 / Who this is for ### Built for the stage after founder-led everything. B2B SaaS teams and agencies that are scaling beyond founder-led everything and need infrastructure without a full-time hire. #### Founders & CEOs You’re making pipeline calls off gut feel because the numbers don’t add up. You want something you can trust when you’re talking to investors or your board. #### Sales Leaders Your reps spend 72% of their time on stuff that isn’t selling. That’s backwards. You need a system that gives them back their time and their pipeline.3 #### Marketing Leads You’re running ads but you can’t trace a single dollar back to a closed deal. Only 39% of companies can. Hard to know what to scale when you’re guessing.4 #### Customer Success Leaders Your renewals ride on an onboarding handoff nobody really owns. 66% of customer engagement leaders say the customers who hit first value inside 30 days are the ones who renew and expand. You need those 30 days to run the same way every time.9 04 / What’s delivered ### Things you can point at when we’re done. 01 #### A map of how leads arrive Where they come in, where they go, and where they die. Most teams have never seen this written down, and it’s usually the first uncomfortable meeting. 02 #### Stages that mean something Every stage tied to a date and an action that happened, so a deal can’t sit in one for six weeks and still count toward the forecast. 03 #### A CRM your reps don’t route around Carrot over stick. If the correct path is also the fastest path, you stop policing data quality. 04 #### Numbers you’d defend in a board meeting Reporting that refreshes itself and reconciles across teams, so nobody spends Monday rebuilding a view by hand. 05 / What changes ### What changes when the system works. 01 #### Less Manual Work Sales teams lose 550+ hours a year to bad data and manual entry. That’s time your people could be spending on deals. We kill the busywork so they can.5 02 #### No More Lost Leads Only 25% of marketing leads are actually ready for a sales conversation. The other 75% just sit there until someone forgets about them. We build the system that catches them, routes them, and follows up so nothing falls through.6 03 #### Reporting You Trust You shouldn’t need three dashboards and a Slack thread to figure out what’s working. Companies that get their ops aligned see 10-20% revenue growth. Not from doing more, but from finally seeing the full picture.7 04 #### Better Conversion One client went from days to hours on proposal turnaround, 80% faster. We focus on the highest-ROI leaky pipes and find a way to improve time efficiency and conversion rates across the board.8 06 / How it runs **Typical length** 3 to 12 months **Starts at** $2,500/mo We pick one motion to start with, usually lead to demo, and get it working properly before touching anything else. Trying to fix the whole funnel at once is how these projects stall out. Most clients see something meaningful improve inside 30 days. The goal isn’t a big reveal at the end of six months. It’s wins that compound, and a system your team owns when we’re done. Coaching $2,500/mo You own the tools. Kevin helps you think, plan, and execute through working sessions. Coaching + hands-on $5,000/mo Strategic guidance, plus 1 to 2 key pieces of your system built for you each month. Fractional partner $10–20k/mo Kevin owns your GTM system, with a team of subject matter experts executing behind him. Usually B2B SaaS under about $50M ARR. The spot I love to jump into is within six months on either end of going from founder-led sales to hiring a sales team. I’d rather get involved earlier than that, but most of the time the call comes after a rep or a CS person has been added and things start falling apart. We just hired our first reps and things got worse, not better. Is that normal? Yeah, and founders usually misread it as hiring the wrong person. Right now you’re in the process from start to finish, so the trust you build across the whole thing is irreplaceable. The second you go from one person to two, efficiency drops and you have to make the quality up somewhere else. Your rep might even close better than you did, and then retention slides. Nothing changed about the product. Expectations are just getting set differently. We don’t really have a process yet. Are we too early? You have a process. It’s just in your head. The work is figuring out which parts of it are working and whether they can be translated to other human beings, and you want to spend that time before the reps start, not after. Is this a retainer, performance-based, or a hybrid? Retainer. Who actually does the work? There’s a team of subject matter experts behind the work, so you’re not capped by one person’s hours. What doesn’t happen is a handoff. I own your account from start to finish. You’re not going to build a relationship with me on the sales call and then get passed to somebody else to manage it. Budget is tight. Is there a smaller way to start? The two-week audit. It’s $1,200, a lot cheaper than the monthly retainer, and if you continue with us it’s free, because we credit it to the first month. If you don’t continue you still keep the scorecard, the tool stack recommendations and the 6 month plan, and your team can run it themselves. 10 / Start here ### 30 min discovery + your recommended tool stack Leave with a recommended tool stack, no matter what. Lift all boats. - Where the spread is, measured - Workshops, 1:1s, or both - Habits that survive the week after training Systems implementation #### Give general-purpose AI your company’s context. Plenty of vendors build something you have to keep paying them to maintain. **We give you the keys back.** None of this is new. It’s also why the RevOps work and the AI work keep collapsing into each other. Process first Automate the right thing Automating an inefficient process just makes you inefficient faster. Technical roles don’t predict who picks up AI. Willingness to try new things does, and the best and worst person on the same team run about 100 to 1 apart. Buying more licenses doesn’t move that. Half the team doesn’t trust the output. How do you deal with that? Usually they got burned on a task it was bad at. Most people use AI to ask a question, get an answer, and go back to doing the work by hand. That’s an advisor, and it’s maybe five percent of what’s available to you. Being specific about the jobs it’s good at works better than asking anyone to trust it in general. Nobody knows what they’re allowed to put into these tools. Write down what individuals are free to use it for and what has to come through ops, and both of the failure modes go away. It’s the most common answer on the baseline survey, and it does more damage than distrust does, because people who aren’t sure either do nothing, or do it in a personal account where nobody can see it. Is this about replacing people? No. Everything built gets handed to the people who use it, with the training to change it. Plenty of vendors build something you have to keep paying them to maintain. We give you the keys back. The audit also tells you what to leave alone, because a bot sitting in a meeting changes how people talk, and a reply that reads as automated costs more customer trust than the minutes it saved. For a lot of this it’s faster to just do it myself. For something you do once, probably. Two questions sort any job: how often does this happen, and does it have to come out identical every time. Automating an inefficient process just makes you inefficient faster, so the workflow gets fixed before anything gets built on top of it. How much of this is really an AI problem versus a systems problem? Half of what gets called AI implementation turns out to be RevOps with a different name on it. The definitions, and why one without the other fails. Definitions, settled Two words vendors use interchangeably, for two different purchases. The short version: enablement changes what your *people* can do, implementation changes what your *systems* do. Most teams need both, in that order. [Book a 30-min call →](https://revductive.com/contact) 02 / The definitions ### Two definitions. People · enablement & training #### AI enablement raises how well people use AI. Teams have roughly a 100:1 spread in AI sophistication between the best and worst person on the same team, and technical roles don’t predict who’s on which end. Enablement is measuring where that spread is, then closing it: workshops, 1:1s, and habits that survive the week after training. Stack-agnostic tool selection that survives contact with reality. The deliverable is a context layer built and handed over, not a subscription to whoever built it. 03 / Why one without the other fails ### One without the other doesn’t hold. Implementation without enablement builds systems for people who don’t use them. Most people use AI to ask a question, get an answer, and go back to doing the work by hand. That’s an advisor, and it’s **maybe five percent of what’s available to you**. Drop an automated workflow into that culture and it becomes one more scattered tool nobody agreed on. Enablement without implementation caps out fast. Individuals get sharper, but every AI conversation starts from zero context about your company, so the output stays generic, and **the sophisticated people build their own unsanctioned silos**. Fifty of them, instead of the five systems you meant to have. Sequenced together: raise the floor first, and the enablement work surfaces which workflows deserve automation. Enablement, in most cases. Implementation built for a team that doesn't use AI becomes another unused tool, and the enablement work surfaces which workflows are worth automating, which is the implementation backlog. The exception: a single high-volume workflow bleeding hours right now can justify starting with implementation. We already gave everyone licenses. Isn't that enablement? Access was never the thing holding it up. Technical roles don't predict who picks up AI. Willingness to try new things does, and the best and worst person on the same team run about 100 to 1 apart. Buying more licenses doesn't move that. Enablement is measuring where the spread is and closing it. Is implementation just "build us some automations"? No. The first step is a context layer: giving general-purpose AI your company's voice, values, policies, and live operational data from the systems you already run. The second is deciding where each workflow lives, which tool owns it, which parts can run end to end without anyone watching, and which need a human in the loop before anything goes out. The automations come last, and only for the workflows that earned it. Automating an inefficient process just makes you inefficient faster. How much of this is really an AI problem versus a systems problem? Half of what gets called AI implementation turns out to be RevOps with a different name on it. [SaaSGrid’s write-up of this case →](https://www.withgrid.com/case-study/pearl) ### The situation before Pearl is a dental AI company. Kevin was the first operations hire there and stayed through five years of scaling, so this is a system he knows from the inside. By the time the company had real scale, RevOps, finance, sales, and customer success were each answering the same questions with different numbers. Every internal and external reporting request meant somebody rebuilding a view by hand. It’s the most common problem in this job and it’s almost never a dashboard problem. ### Why SaaSGrid, and what got built SaaSGrid was the right tool for this because it handles the messy part well: pulling from the systems that already hold the data and turning it into metrics finance will actually sign off on. Buying it was the easy decision. Implementing it properly was the work. A single source of truth rather than another dashboard. That means agreeing the definitions first, cleaning the data underneath them, and only then building the reporting layer on top. Do it in that order and the dashboard is a short job. Do it out of order and you rebuild it every quarter. Once that was in place, 95% of the complex pipeline reporting ran without anyone touching it. That’s where the 15 hours a week came from. Not from working faster, from deleting the work. Worth saying what has changed since: for reporting at a smaller scale than this, Kevin now points an AI at a trusted source rather than standing up a reporting tool at all. The argument is in [BI tools are dead, your CRM is fine](https://revductive.com/blog/bi-tools-are-dead-your-crm-is-fine). The order of operations is the same either way: definitions, then data, then the reporting layer. > “Grid elegantly handles data to arrive at key insights. Validation rules. A manager chasing the reps who skipped them. It works right up until people start routing around the system entirely, and then you’ve got worse data than when you started plus a team that resents the tool. ### Carrot over stick is the opposite bet Supered puts the guidance where the rep already is, inside the CRM, at the moment they need it. That made it possible to design for the correct path also being the fastest path. Clean data stopped being something to enforce and became a side effect of people doing their job the easy way. That’s what got adoption across four teams instead of one: sales, customer success, onboarding, and support. Errors dropped, and not one step got added to the sales workflow to make it happen. ### Teams touched - Sales - Customer success - Onboarding - Support ### Reps routing around your CRM? That’s an adoption problem, and it’s fixable. [Book a call →](https://revductive.com/contact) --- ## Some of what gets fixed. Source: https://revductive.com/services Summary: Examples of what gets fixed inside a Revductive engagement: CRM data cleanup, lead routing, and CRM rescue. Engagements are full service, not scoped to one job. Examples of the work Data cleanup. Lead routing. Rescuing an implementation somebody else broke. These are examples, not a menu. A fractional engagement is full service and covers whatever the audit says needs fixing, in whatever order pays back first. It’s usually more than one. Broken routing, dirty data, and a bad implementation tend to be the same problem wearing three hats, which is why the engagement isn’t scoped to a single job. Does this actually do anything? Not the way people are selling it (increasing AI traffic to your website). `llms.txt` is a growing best practice that doesn’t have data behind it yet. Ahrefs went and looked: they pulled the server logs on [137,000 sites](https://ahrefs.com/blog/llmstxt-study/) in May 2026. About 28% of them publish one of these files. **97% of those files got zero requests that month.** Nothing fetched them. Not a bot, not a person. Of the few that did get traffic, the AI bots that answer questions and cite sources were 1.1% of it. No AI company has said it will go looking for these files, and Google now says it in its own [documentation](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/ai-optimization-guide): “Google Search itself doesn’t use them.” So if someone is claiming this is an SEO/AEO play…maybe, but it’s more projecting the future. What’s useful for now is the intention of the page. To make ingesting the site content easier for AI, and to make what people get back about Revductive more accurate. ### Feel free to copy this idea.
