# A two-week audit of where AI fits into your company. Source: https://revductive.com/ai/audit Summary: A two-week audit of where AI fits into your company. An inventory of what's in use, an adoption scorecard, and a 6 month plan. $1,200, credited. Every page, and the topic files: https://revductive.com/llms.txt AI effectiveness audit The deliverable is an inventory of what your team is currently using and how, identification of who is using it effectively, and a 6 month plan for what to automate without hurting customer trust. $1,200 Two-week audit $1,200 Credited to month one $0 net If you continue with Revductive [Book a call about the audit →](https://revductive.com/contact) 01 / The short version ## Two weeks, one plan. 01 ### What is already running Identifying every AI tool and workflow already in use, how it’s being used, and how effectively it is. 02 ### Who is actually using it Adoption tracks willingness to try things, not job title. Your best and worst are usually further apart than anyone expects. 03 ### A 6 month plan What to automate first, what to standardize, and what to leave alone. **If you keep working with Revductive after the audit, the whole $1,200 comes off month one.** For context, a fixed-scope AI assessment is usually priced well above this. Veracity AI publishes $8,000 to $12,000 for a Governance Readiness Assessment over two to three weeks,1 which is a narrower question than this audit asks and still six to ten times the fee. Aries Consulting Group puts a focused SMB audit at $2,000 to $8,000 and a mid-market one at $5,000 to $15,000,2 and Cabin puts the fixed-fee SMB tier at $2,000 to $25,000 for two to four weeks of work.3 Most of those assess whether a company is ready to adopt AI. This one measures what your team already does with it and who does it well, which is a narrower question, and the fee reflects the narrower scope rather than a discount on the same work. ### Why it costs anything, and why it’s credited. Aries, the second source above, argues that an audit under $2,000 is “diagnostic theater” and that a fee credited back against later work was never really an audit.2 I think that’s a way to justify charging a lot for a short engagement, and it isn’t why this one is priced where it is. The real reason it costs anything is that it protects my time. Before it existed I kept ending up in two or three follow-up calls with the same prospect, and by the end of those I had handed over a playbook for fixing the problem themselves, for free. I don’t mind somebody taking that and building it on their own, and honestly if that’s what you want then this is the cheapest way to get it. But I do have to scope what I commit to when an engagement isn’t going to become a long-term one, and a flat fee with a defined end is how I do that. The credit exists so you’re not paying twice for the same two weeks if you do carry on. If you don’t, you keep the inventory, the scorecard and the 6 month plan, and your team runs the plan without me. 02 / What’s included ## Tool and workflow inventory A hands-on look at what is actually in use across the company, sanctioned or not. The personal automations, the one-off dashboards, the prompt libraries living in somebody’s own account, and wherever the company context currently sits. The focus is **identifying where context is getting lost in tool sprawl** and where consolidation and new tools and processes can improve efficiency and customer experience. ## Team interviews One 30 to 45 minute chat with a key person within each function, aimed at what they have built for themselves. - Sales - Marketing - Customer Success - Support - Product - Finance and ops 03 / Deliverables ## Three things delivered at the end. A ### Tool stack recommendations Sorted into four buckets: general-purpose models, no-code builders, specialists, and the AI already sitting inside tools you pay for. **Two questions sort any job: how often does this happen, and does it have to come out identical every time.** [How I pick which AI tool to use](https://revductive.com/blog/how-i-pick-which-ai-tool-to-use) walks through the categories and when to reach for each. B The heart of the audit ### Adoption & Sprawl Scorecard Every function rated on three things: adoption, repeatability, and automation upside. It turns a pile of one-off tools and personal workflows into **a clear picture of who is ahead, who is stuck, and what nobody owns.** C ### 6 month plan A prioritized list of what to automate and in what order, built around two things: less manual work for the team and one version of the truth instead of fifty. Meant to be a roadmap for a future engagement, or for your team to take on themselves. 04 / The scorecard ## Every function, rated on the same three things. Repeatability is whether the work can be picked up by anyone else, or only exists in one person’s account. Automation upside reads higher means more to gain. Sample scorecard · your scores come from your audit Adoption & repeatability Automation upside *A sample Adoption and Sprawl Scorecard. For example, a bot joining a meeting can change how people talk. A reply that reads as automated costs more customer trust than the minutes it saved. **The audit is explicit about where that line sits for your team, not just where the savings are.** Written about this [Why I stopped letting note-takers join calls →](https://revductive.com/blog/i-stopped-letting-note-takers-join-my-calls) [AI gave you 50 silos instead of 5 →](https://revductive.com/blog/ai-gave-you-50-silos-instead-of-5) [There’s no pattern to who picks up AI →](https://revductive.com/blog/theres-no-pattern-to-who-picks-up-ai) 06 / Timeline Week one 01 ### Inventory and team interviews What’s in use across the company, sanctioned or not, plus a chat with a key person within each function about team processes.
